November 2011

Our Sales Team is busy working with the seasonal accounts as they prepare for their busy times and perhaps a change of venue / clientele such as Sports & Leisure, Camps, and Schools. Opportunity knocks with Grey Cup, Christmas, New Year's, Super Bowl, and Chinese New Year all being great potential sales opportunities, and we are working hard to secure and service all possible accounts who benefit from this seasonal volume.

Our current fiscal year (September to August) is filled with excitement and optimism due to the great Principal Partners we are proud to represent. We encourage you to learn more about these companies by using the various tabs / links on our website.

What’s New?

	Binner Marketing is very excited to add Sara Lee to our list of Partners, and we look forward to a great relationship with Sara Lee. They have a great line up of bakery and protein products which are very successful in Western Canada now and also have some very exciting new additions to their line up that we are presenting to the trade now (10 cut Pre-baked Chef Pierre Pies, New Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwich options and more).
	The owner of Solis, Andy Vivian, is very busy working on his new facility in Southern Alberta, and this will help the Binner Territory during this coming year. Solis / MexiCasa is a very recognized company and brand in our market for Retail and Foodservice, and we can only expect bigger and better things with the new facility.
	Bäckerhaus Veit has launched some more great products we are nowintroducing to the trade. Fresh / Frozen Sliced Deli Breads will compliment the great products from the Premium Artisan Bakery offerings we have now.
	InnovAsian Cuisine - We have a lot of great offerings in the appetizer line now with Wok Ready Potstickers, Mini Vegetable Spring Rolls, Shrimp Purses and more... We will now be launching the new Seafood Rangoon as another appetizer and possible meal compliment. For the Retail and Foodservice Markets, we are also gaining some momentum with our new Meal Kits... Please ask us about these menu solutions!
