Here's What's New

June 2010

As we approach mid-year 2010, we do so with a positive outlook with respect to the economy in our territory.  We continue to see some excellent gains with our longer term principals.

We added some “new” Manufacturer partners and are excited to bring their products to the trade.  Our website is an excellent resource to new products and new manufacturers; I will note a few!

	Ventura Foods – We will be introducing a complete offering in the Ventura brands (Mel Fry Free Premium Frying Oil, Pan Sprays, Butter Blends, Dressings which will include “Hidden Valley”).
	Agropur Fine Cheese is now selling the very popular “Boursin” Cheese and has also added another Cater Box with Import Cheese options; this will complement the existing Discovery Box and the ever so popular “BabyBels”.  These products are perfect for catering / banquet menus all year long!
	MexiCasa has launched an exciting menu option with the 5” Flour Tortillas.  Menu applications can go as far as the creative professionals take this product.

Newer Principals:

	Kikkoman – The depth of offerings we have to complement our proteins and appetizers has been very exciting, and we have a long way to go in developing the world of Kikkoman (High Liner, InnovAsian, Westpack to name a few, and the natural fit with Western Rice Mills).
	Lesters is another top quality line that often offers key volume categories to the Operator – Smoked Meat, Wieners, and Pepperoni.  Smoked Meat is often not appreciated because of poor quality; we want to show you a great offering with our Whole Brisket or portions!
	ESKA Water – Once again, we are fortunate to represent a company with a real point of difference.  ESKA has a great story to tell about their operation.  Please take some time to view their company on our Links.  We are having great success introducing the various pack offerings in “Still” and “Sparkling” water.
	Westpak – This is a first for Binner Marketing & Sales!  We have almost thirty years experience in Poultry and Pork.  We created our own company and brand (Westpack) of products produced to our specifications.  Our team will be introducing our exciting line-up of products to you very soon!
