October 2008

The 2008 year has brought a lot of excitement to Binner Marketing.  We are on target to hit our Sales Budget with the biggest budget we have ever had!

Some Changes at Binner Marketing of note:

Welcome to the Team at Binner:

	Jan McCammon – Jan has joined the Administration Team and will bring some excellent experience in technology and hard work! Jan is Murray’s sister, so he is of course proud to have her on the team for that reason as well.
	Melanie Jesse – Mel, now the mother of two boys, is back to work, and we look forward to her experience impacting our sales in a very positive way in the Edmonton market!
	Karen Balchin – Karen has just joined our team and brings some tremendous experience!  We are excited about having Karen join the Edmonton Team as we strive to exceed our very large Alberta Budget number.
	Chris Chrones – Chris has also just joined the Binner Edmonton Team, and we are now a complete, well-staffed region. Chris has some excellent sales experience.
	Saskatchewan – We are very pleased to be adding not only one, but two, team members to this very strong economy.  Welcome to Tiffany Parker who will work out of Saskatoon and Sandra McKeen who will work out of Regina. Both ladies will bring experience in the Foodservice industry to Binner Marketing.

Product Representation Change:

	Binner is very pleased to add one of the finest Seafood Companies in Canada to our portfolio!  We are very proud to be able to represent High Liner Foods in the Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and North West Ontario regions.  Check our website for more information on this great line in the near future.
	Binner does not represent Toppit’s, effective September 12, 2008.

It is Banquet and Party Season, and Binner Marketing & Sales has so much to offer your operation.  Some significant product categories are available from the many excellent manufacturers we proudly represent.  Our website will tell you a lot more, but here are some examples of the many options we have to offer:

	Olymel – New Chicken Delights and Tuscan Turkey Breast Tenderloin are great for the banquet options.  We have also added new “Spicy” Chicken Breast pieces for another appetizer option.
	Expresco – They have a new production facility that is producing some of the best Fully Cooked Skewer products on the market.  Check out our Fire Grilled Satays and Skewers!
	Eli’s – We now have something you can be proud of for your banquet dessert offerings.  Get away from the standard, and try our Cheesecake Sheet cakes – Cuties and Super Cuties.
	InnovAsian – We are proud to now offer one of the most unique appetizer offerings with the addition of our Vegetable and Tofu Spring Rolls, Chicken Potstickers, Vegetable Potstickers, Shrimp Purses, and Japanese Rice Rolls (Onigiri).  It is time to create an exciting appetizer offerings around these great options!

Healthy Options are a must in the industry today, and we are very well-equipped to help your operation with the product mix and also any technical information you require to keep up with the demand from the consumer today!  Our website will tell you a lot more, but here are some examples of the many options we have to offer:

	Olymel – Turkey, Deli Meats, Multigrain and Low Sodium Chicken are just some of the many items from Olymel.  All breaded products are fried in Trans Fat Free (TFF) oil.
	Solis / MexiCasa – Our Mexican food supplier offers TFF Flour and Corn Tortillas, Cheese Sauce, and Salsa.  We have a new Multigrain Chip as well!
	Primo – Proudly milling their own pasta in Canada, Primo offers Multigrain Penne and Linguine for your customers.
	Bee Maid – Producers of honey, one of the most natural products in the food industry, they have just added an impressive packaging line to keep up with the demand in Canada and around the world.
	Ventura – TFF oil leads the way with healthy options.  Check out this extensive offering of products.
